Each of our dogs has their own personality and things that they love to do. Our goal is to have all our dogs in conformation, but which sports they are involved in depend on the dog.

Kiah loves to jump in the pool on a hot summer day, so we decided to try dock diving with her. We brought her out to a “wave” at the Western Fair in London, ON. She impressed us with a best jump of nine feet. She accomplished a #2 Novice and a #12 Overall. We were very happy with her performance and hope to continue next summer.

Kiah and Shakespeare are both starting from scratch with foundation work in agility. We have started clicker training the basics to get a better foundation to build on. You can expect them in the agility ring in about a year.

Shakespeare became an instant star the day he became the first Miniature Australian Shepherd to win a “Best in Show” in Canada. My little man made me so proud!

Kiah goes Best Puppy of Breed over a male that won breed the previous day at the Brantford Kennel Club show! 2007

Kiah goes Best Puppy of Breed over two other puppies at the Elgin Kennel Club! 2008

In Kiah's first show as an adult, we finally got that elusive first point and in style, too. Kiah took Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex over a finished Champion at the Wildwood Kennel Club show. I'll be honest, I was a little teary eyed and so proud of how well Kiah showed.
